From the developer: MAZAIKA can make mosaic pictures i.e. big picture made from many small images (aka photomosaic). Every region of this big picture is replaced with an image from collection, that has most closely resemblance to original image. When seeking appropriate image Mazaika consider not only overall color of source image part but takes into account inner color and brightness distribution. You can use as image collection image files in formats bmp,jpg,gif,ico,tif,pcx and some other. So you can made portret of your dog out of small pictures of your cats (if you have enough) or your own portret out of windows icons. To make good mosaic picture you must have collection of more that 1000 different pictures (it's easy if you have digital camera).
