From the developer: AD MailBox Manager allows you to browse your mailbox and view sender, subject and size of all incoming messages prior to downloading one from the server. You can view interesting messages (only vieweing message will be downloaded) and delete one without downloading. Also AD MailBox Manager support a multiple mailboxes and sheduled mailbox check. Then AD MailBox Manager check your accounts it download only small part of incomming messages (the message headers) for extracting information about them. The message download fully only then you ask to view message.
