FootPrints is a 100-percent Web-server application designed to help companies submit, manage, track, resolve and report on customer issues and projects online.

FootPrints is a help desk, problem- and bug-tracking tool. For NT, FootPrints has an ODBC interface so that users can use an ODBC database instead of the built-in FootPrints database. FootPrints users access the product via their standard browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.), and no client software is required. The upgrade offers an end-user editing capability, which allows customers to participate in a two-way dialogue with the technician who is working on resolving the issue. Also a drop-down title (subject) list creation feature allows lists of titles/subjects to be created for FootPrints issues. Separate lists can be created by project, and separate lists can be created within a project for help desk agents and for end-user groups.
