You don't have to be an AOL meer to use AOL's Instant Messenger. The utility allows users to send messages to friends, participate in chat rooms, get instant news and stock quotes, and find new friend on-line. This beta version includes the first public alpha of a new feature called AIM Talk. AIM Talk lets you skip the typing and talk directly to the person you're IMing. All you need is a microphone/headphones or a headset, plus the latest version of AIM, and you and your Buddy are in business. content_stop
