APT Mailing Assistant for Windows is a program that provides you with a means to manage your business or personal mailing lists. Using your PC printer you can easily produce professional looking envelopes and labels with delivery point Postnet codes to speed your mail. It has a bulk mail facility that prints your mailing in sequence as specified by the classification reform of 7/1/96 and provides statistics to assist in bundling your mail. It can even print your permit boxes on envelopes. Other features include:can use any envelopes supported by your PC printer and has predefined support for Avery (or compatible) 4013, 4060,5160, 5161, 5162, 5163, and 5164 labels. You can also define custom label sizes to support labels that are not predefined by the program. (Note, not all printers support all envelopes, check your printer documentation.); non-U.S. addresses supported; individual font support for the sending and return addresses; multiple address files let you to catagorize your mailing lists, while allowing them to be easily merged together for bulk mailings. You can have separate mailing lists for customers, prospects, suppliers, and even Christmas Cards; allows complete use of label sheets even when printing single labels; prints delivery point Postnet bar codes on all envelopes and larger labels for fast, accurate delivery; build your own address files or import them from your favorite database program; powerful bulk mail facility that is CASS certified by the U.S. Postal Service. Mailing is generated in sequence as specified by the latest classification reform and statistics can be printed to help in bundling the mailing; print bulk mail, presorted first class, or non-profit permit boxes on your envelopes.
