This includes the following: Vendor Information - Keep track of your vendor contacts, locations, addresses, phone numbers, fax, etc. The software automatically assigns unique vendor IDs and also allows you to input your own vendor numbers. Item Information - Track quantity stocked, currently ordered, cost, selling price, vendor, reorder level, reorder quantity, etc. The software will use this information to aid you in you inventory decision making. Purchase Orders -This software tracks the details associated with each order. This includes the vendor information, date ordered, quantity, etc. When an order is received, input the receive date, confirm the cost and quantity received. Also provided is the ability to mark orders as backorders if the full quantity was not received. Invoices - Keep track of all your sales invoice information. Print invoices and track customer payments toward invoice balances. Reports - We have preset reports for the the most common tasks.
