WWPRT stands for WinWord Password Recovery Tool. It allows forgetful users to find out what password they used to protect their documents. If you forget the passwords to your documents, or you are involved in a tech support or help desk position that requires you to deal with people who forget their passwords, then WWPRT is just the tool you were looking for. WWPRT does not decrypt files or modify them in any way.
