The inventory handles both stockable product and services (no stock), and keeps an on line history of all the transactions for each item, with details of shipments, receipts, adjustments, etc. This is the only software package that allows you duplicate product codes. Great feature if you have the same chair in 50 different fabrics. Packing slips and invoices can be printed and re-printed as you need them even after you printed an invoice, either to the screen, or to plain paper on laser printers, or to preprinted multicopy forms. Generates credit notes at the push of a button. Great for cancellations, returns, etc. Handles US and Canadian taxes. Handles accounts receivable with online customer statements, with option to print the statement as necessary, and fax it with a copy of each outstanding invoice directly to your customer (requires a faxmodem).
