NotePager Net network alphanumeric paging software for alphanumeric pagers, digital and/or PCS phones. An easy to use full feature network paging software that allows all network users to share a common modem and common database. NotePager Net runs on Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows NT and uses the standard TAP/IXO paging protocol. NPN allows messages to be sent to single or multiple alphanumeric pagers or paging devices (i.e. digital phones). NotePager Net is a graphical interface, and uses the PageGate Paging Engine to dispatch text messages to alphanumeric pagers or paging devices. It is also known as PageGate GUI A single message can be sent to many users at once by selecting multiple recipients or by choosing a predefined group For each user, up to five pre-programmed messages can be defined. A single mouse click will insert these messages into the message window for you.! Any number of messages may be scheduled to be sent at a future time/date. Users have the option to set a message to be sent at a repeating time interval and stop being sent at a preset time/date. Messages progress can be tracked from start to finish. Built in character counter to monitor the length of messages being sent. A log of messages sent from each individual workstation is available. Allows messages to be sent to individuals using a number of different paging carriers. Users can define a personal pager list of individuals commonly paged from there workstation. Users can toggle between lists with one click. ers Shows up to date statistics and message progress. Sends pages to singular or multiple alphanumeric pagers. Supports direct connect (serial connection) to paging terminal. Up to 240 characters may be sent in a single page, longer messages are automatically split into multiple pages. On call groups supported allowing messages sent to group that is "on call"! . (great for physicians or emergency personnel) Supports any TAP/IXO messaging devices i.e. cellular / PCS / Digital phones / PIM's / Pager PC/ PCMCIA Cards/ Bill boards, etc... Reliapage Ability to number pages so that it is easy to determine and requeue any missed messages.
