Food and Exercise Program Tracker

Fat Trackerª is designed for people who need to track the foods they eat Ñ for diet or health reasons. The program allows you to: - Track calories, fat, percent fat, cholesterol and sodium. Additionally, you can define five new variables that you want to track (protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, etc.). The Food Items list currently has over 1,300 entries but you can easily add any food item you consume. - Establish personal goals and track calories burnedÓ during exercises (we have provided a list but you can add your own exercise equipment or special exercises). - Create reports in three different formats regarding the foods you eat (daily or any period, e.g., weekly, monthly). - Create your own recipes and get nutritional information on each (there are over 1,000 recipes and you can modify these in anyway you would like). - Easily plan your menus and create your grocery list (from meals planned). The Grocery List is extremely flexible and allows you to add your staples and special purchases (e.g., paper products, pet food, etc.). Fat Trackerª is offered for a 30-day trial period Ñ the shareware fee is $25 (youÕll need to obtain a password to unlock the recipe file; only a sample are shown in Recipe Builder).
