SmartBridge allows you to play bridge rubber, duplicate, or pairs (ten tables) against the computer; exercise your bid with more than 40 conventions; play duplicate against champions (game loaded from Portable Bridge Notation files); or just view the stored games (1,200 games from 13th Cap Gemini WTT 1999 are zipped with the program). Gameplay allows the computer to play a good defense and reach most of the contracts. The random dealer is very flexible, allowing balanced and unbalanced hands, hands with either singleton or void, and high-card points. Version 3.0 has a new bidding system (new hand evaluation and new conventions) and new features (attitude and suit preference carding, takebacks, and pairs).
