StretchWare reminds you to take a stretch break at your computer.

StretchWare is software that reminds you to stretch at your computer. Every 45 minutes (or 2 hours), or a certain number of keystrokes, you get a chime, and/or a box that asks: "Time to stretch?" If you click OK, the stretches pop up on-screen. StretchWare can be fully configured to your own personal specifications.
